Who is Rachid?
I'm Rachid, growth marketer, 9+ years helping you make sense of marketing in the AI economy. I'm obsessed with growth, in a data-scientist-meets-creative-maestro kind of way.
I'm cooking and building the growth layer of the AI economy, mixing AI, human behavior, and creative strategy one insight at a time.
What I do: I help you make sense of marketing and AI without losing sight of what never changes - the fundamentals of marketing, psychology, and philosophy.
Because when you master the timeless stuff, your skills (and your growth) never become obsolete.
How I got here
At 18, I finished school and took a gap year. I realized the best way I've always learned is by doing. So I decided not to go to uni and pursued an apprenticeship doing branding and project management.
I've always been a creative person since I was young. I love design, but I was also a very organised kid, which led to my love of systems.
Fast forward to now and I'm a Growth Lead at a tech company.
Why I'm creating this:
Back in the day, I know what it's like to be in your position, looking for a resource that cuts through the fluff, gets straight to the action, and is actually implementable.
It was hard to find the right info.
So I'm creating it now. I hope this gives you clear, no-nonsense guidance.
I love presenting things in ways that are easy to digest and fun to consume, whether it's written, visual, or both.
My strength? Making advanced marketing feel simple so it actually clicks.
It's not easy to make technical or advanced concepts feel simple, but I do it while keeping it entertaining.
My ability to condense information into digestible pieces makes content stand out, especially for people who want value without wading through jargon.
Skip the guesswork, trial and error, and never-ending shitshow of trying to figure everything out yourself for the very first time.
Instead, grow with proven, practical marketing concepts and strategies.
Learn how to apply effective content, growth frameworks, and channel-specific approaches to scale your business, whether in-house or for clients. And stand the heck out from the rest.
My focus and achievements have been based on four things:
#1. Outcome Focused
I set up both strategy and execution, rolling up my sleeves to make things happen. With unconventional and creative strategies, I build activities that drive results and achieve desirable outcomes.
#2. Full-Stack
I lean towards being 'full-stack' rather than a specialist. This has led to me producing better outputs by being good at a broad range of skills. I'm always curious, trying to understand everything, which has helped build a unique, complementary, and valuable skill stack.
#3. Theory Then Action
Doing > Talking. The best way I learn is by actually doing. Experimentation, iteration, improvement, trial and error. I try to spend most of my time observing and then doing things that have a real measurable effect.
Before the action, I like to define the end goal, break it down into the actions I need to achieve it, and then the knowledge I need to have to take that action.
#4. Standing Out
For a marketer, there is nothing worse than indifference. Escape making marketing 100x harder than it should be by NOT being the same as everyone else.
The goal is to cut through the noise and attract potential customers. I try not to rely on the tactics that thousands are already employing. Instead, I approach the market with a fresh perspective and identify what unique value I can bring to the table.

Favorite Quote:
"It's very easy to be different, but very difficult to be better "
- Jonathan Ive
Core value:
You don't differentiate with marketing. You differentiate by providing the best product or service possible to your customers.
When there's a lot of competition, you need a lot of differentiation. You need to be able to separate yourself from the crowd.
If you can run slightly different marketing, so what? If the product isn't great, then people aren't going to listen to you and ignore your marketing. A good product makes marketing easier. That's where good marketing stems from.
